The post office's Smartphone Banking service is provided using a joint certificate to ensure secured transactions.
To copy a joint certificate to a PC, a smart device with a joint certificate must be prepared.
※ For customers who have signed up through Smart Banking, use it after going to 'Smart Banking/ Banking Info. Mgmt/ Banking Usage Mgmt/ Internet (PC) Permission Settings'.

Copy (import) the joint certificate on the Smart Savings app. Manually install the program to copy (import) a certificate.

Step 1 - Mobile phone

1 Running the Smart Savings app
2 Option to export certificate
3 Verification code

Step 2 - PC

1 Enter the verification code generated on your mobile phone
2 Make a copy of the certificate.
3 Complete exporting of a certificate
